Looking for server admin!

I'm currently looking for 1 player who is interested in becoming an admin who can watch and monitor the SuperHero Mod server.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old (Exception can be made)
English language is a MUST
Be active and reliable

If you love helping others and spending a lot of time in the server then PM me with this questions filled out:
1. You name?
2. What languages do you speak?
3. Country your playing from?
4. What is your STEAM ID?
5. Why should I make you an admin?
6. Explain how I can trust you.
7. Your experience as an admin?
8. How long have you been playing SuperHero Mod?
9. How long have you been playing our servers?
10. Let say someone is breaking the rules, explain what you would do to that player.
11. Do you think you can get people to join the server? If so, explain how.
12. If you could change one thing about our SuperHero Mod, what will it be and why?

If approved, you will receive a 14 day trial as an admin on both SuperHero Mod and PokeMod server however you must use most of your time helping other players in SuperHero Mod. After that 14 day trial you will be promoted to full admin where you can use most of the commands such as amx_shsetlevel.
